Terms & Conditions
All customers must include their name and address with the laundry to ensure swift return.
In the event that circumstances beyond our control such as the weather stop us from delivering, you will be contacted as soon as possible and another delivery day will be arranged with you.
If we deem any items too delicate or soiled, we will not launder them, but return them.
We may ask for written permission to launder some products that we deem may be altered by the laundry process.
In the event of any customer claiming that an item has been adversely altered due to the laundry process, we must be contacted within 14 day’s and the item must be returned for analysis. Any findings in favour of the customer will be credited in a cash settlement.
